I started working in the care sector in 2004 and started my role at Forrest House in 2014. I have a genuine desire to care and support service user’s complex needs that affect their wellbeing. I am flexible and well experienced to provide care and support to individuals of all ages with disabilities, illnesses, challenging behaviour, and severe difficulties in their lives and help to encourage their independence. The part I love most about my job is delivering a high-quality service which helps service users live a fulfilling and valued life. I am passionate about improving service users lives and ensuring that every individual under my care and supervision receives the highest quality of care and attention. I get on well with clients and staff, teamwork is exceptionally good at Forrest House, we all help and support each other to ensure that clients are well looked after.
When I am not working, I enjoy arts & crafts, scrapbooking, sightseeing in European Cities and looking forward to visiting more countries in Asia in the future. I completed my SVQ level 3 – Health and Social Care in 2006-2007.
